CVS HealthHub
HealthHUB teams are improving patient care by focusing on managing chronic conditions, recommending next best clinical actions, and reducing medical costs. At the center of the HealthHUB is the care concierge, a newly established role responsible for customer engagement. They educate customers about new service offerings, help them navigate in-store services and events, and connect them to in-store providers.
The HealthHUB design includes community spaces and digitally enabled offerings. Wellness rooms are available for CVS professionals and community partners to host group events such as health classes, nutritional seminars, and benefits education. Learning tables with iPads are also provided for customers to explore health and wellness apps and to shop CVS's expanded product selection on cvs.com.
