Fantawild Headquater
By rethinking the building type and implementing a future-oriented office model, we aim to create a headquarters building that caters to the needs of the digital animation film and television industry. Our goal is to use the building as a tool to reconstruct the internal organization of the enterprise and reshape the corporate culture spirit, achieving the synchronization of space, industry, and cultural construction.
To maximize the use of land, the functions of each part are vertically distributed. Special spaces are embedded in the standard floor of the tower, creating a "vitality cavity" that penetrates east and west, forming a dialogue with Shenzhen Bay. The core tube is situated on the northwest side, allowing for more diversified office needs in the future while providing flexibility for large space functions such as exhibition halls, film laboratories, and meetings.
The building's energy-saving performance is improved by a three-dimensional external shading system. Deep prefabricated components give the building a unique visual effect, presenting a cultural and technological enterprise with a concise and clear overall outline and rich and varied facade texture. The building exudes the image characteristics of being rigorous, steady, lively, and forward-looking.
XCE has developed a special structural system to achieve the architectural visions of the offset core, large open space-cavity, and long span. The resulting structural solution is safe, reliable, easy to construct, and cost-efficient.
