Reddy at Soho

In collaboration with architects and engineers, XCE designed the urban boutique flagship for Petco's owned brand, Reddy SoHo. The store offers pets and pet parents a thoughtfully designed space to bond, recharge, and find the latest must-have gear for their best lives together. The store was built with sustainable materials, including reclaimed wood and salvaged brick, and features innovative retail design and digital elements that provide an elevated, curated shopping experience for guests. XCE's scope of work included load evaluation, analysis, and design of structural reinforcement for the existing floor framing to support the proposed new loads.
