Formosa PP3

XCE was responsible for designing the erection structure and connection for the Formosa Plastics Corporation's PP3 Project in Texas. To successfully lift over 80 steel modules of varying sizes and weights on site, XCE created a customized erection frame that could accommodate different lifting load cases. Advanced finite element analysis was utilized in the design process, ensuring that the frame adhered to industry standards and codes such as ASCE7, AISC360, ASME, and OSHA.
