XCE was the value engineer for a new mixed-use development project in New Jersey. The project was a 11-story concrete framed building with a mezzanine level and a total area of approximately 50,000 SF. Our team worked closely with the client and design team to provide value engineering solutions, which included optimizing the concrete framing system, modifying the foundation system, and redesigning the lateral force resisting system. Through our collaborative efforts and value engineering strategies, we were able to achieve a significant cost saving for the client without sacrificing the project's structural safety and integrity. The project was completed on time and within budget, and our experience in providing cost-effective and efficient solutions for commercial/residential developments in New Jersey proved to be a valuable asset for our client.
