Starbucks

The Starbucks is located in the SkyView Center in Flushing, New York. XCE provided design and engineering services for the store, including the creation of a slab opening on the existing floor to embed special kitchen equipment beneath it. This design optimized the traffic flow in the kitchen and improved operational efficiency.

Working closely with the architect, MEP, and contractor, XCE crafted the structure while minimizing the impact on congested pipes below and maximizing the ceiling height for the parking garage
