The Turnbull & Asser New York townhouse, located on 57th Street at Park Avenue, is a prime retail location known for providing an unrivaled shopping experience. As part of a renovation of the existing buildings, XCE provided structural engineering design services for the project.

Specifically, XCE designed a chiller supporting structure and multiple interconnecting stairs for the top floors of the townhouse. These design elements were critical to the success of the project and helped to ensure that the flagship store would stand out from its competitors.
