Wanda Exhibition Center

The proposed Wanda Exhibition Center is a public building located in Haryana, India, spanning three stories with one floor for sales and two or three floors for offices. XCE was tasked with providing structural engineering services, including value engineering, to optimize the structural design based on international and local Indian codes. Our team leveraged our extensive value engineering experience to achieve significant savings for the client. By reviewing and optimizing the structural design, we were able to reduce the total structural steel needed by 800 tons, representing a 30% reduction from the original design. Through our value engineering efforts, we provided the client with an efficient and cost-effective solution that meets the project requirements and local codes.
